CONTEXTMy very first camera was a Canon Rebel. You know, the Kit DSLRs. I still have the original Canon camera bag and figured it was time for an upgrade as it has literally been over a decade. I wanted something that was nice and fashionable but would still do the job.PROS✅ It looks just as nice as it does in the photos! And definitely does not look like a camera bag, which is what I was going for.✅ Definitely feels like a heavy-duty quality bag.✅ There is pretty good space in the bag itself (but this is also a con, so make sure to read below).✅ There are SO MANY pockets, 8 in all. And I appreciate this so much! There is also a cell phone pocket on the inside of the bag, but I think that one of the side pockets would also work perfectly for your phone.✅ There is a pocket just under the flap where I was able to store my SD cards.✅ I love that it has two handles, one to just carry it like a briefcase and also one to make it more of a crossbody. The versatility is clutch.CONS❌ For $100 this bag should have been spotless. But as you can see, there is what looks like some kind of stain on the inside and outside of the bag's flap.❌ When I initially bought the bag, I thought the front closure was one of those magnetic ones, but unfortunately, it's a buckle. Not a huge problem, but makes getting in and out of the camera bag a B-word.❌ As you can see from one of the photos, the bag is spacious, but not in an organized or easy to access way. In the main compartment, I was able to fit my Canon 60D body with a 24-70mm lens. In the compartment next to it, I was able to fit a 50mm, STACKED ON TOP of an 18 - 200mm. Unfortunately, no other way around it. I would say this is definitely a light-weight camera bag, in that you'd likely only want to carry one lens with you (or two at the most). In the side pocket, I was able to fit my battery charger and an extra battery, also stacked on top of the lens.❌ This is definitely NOT a good replacement for a camera bag, as I had originally envisioned. I would say this bag would only be good for travel (if you are only bringing one lens).CONCLUSIONI have yet to take this out into the world and use it, so this review is based on my first impression only (update to come). Depending on how much you store in the bag, this may or may not fit your personal items (i.e., keys, phone, wallet, etc), which may not make it worth it. Overall, I would recommend this bag, but only if you are planning to use it while traveling, or just to have a small, nice bag when carrying a camera and one lens (though it is a bit bulky). And ... everything seems pretty good-- very slick faux leather rather than raw leather, but nice. The inside is not velvet as they said, but flannel, unless there is a velvet that feels and looks like flannel. Both the leather and the inside are darker than pictures, but it's not terrible! My only concern is the strap connectors seem flimsy and like they might give way to too much weight, so keep that in mind.Even so, as long as when I take it out it does well, I will be pleased. This bag is perfect for everyday and for travel. It is the perfect size for your camera body and a couple lenses. It looks like a high end bag with a small price tag.I used this bag for a trip to Europe. It held my camera and two lenses and extras like batteries and my charger. I also used it as a “purse” so that I wouldn’t have to carry two bags. This is a very well made, sturdy bag. So glad I purchased it.Bought this for a present. She said she loved it. I did think it looked more ‘pleathery’ than I thought it would.I did not expect to find such a stylish camera bag for such a price! The "leather" feels so soft, and the interior is a nice fleece fabric. It fits so many things, and I think it works both on men and women (my fiance didn't mind carrying it around while we were traveling). Great find! Thank you!SO MANY POCKETS!I’ve only had if a few days but I love this bag! It has a darker tint to it than the picture but it’s still quite pretty. Room for my canon rebel t6 plus two lenses, the manual, camera strap, battery and charger, my phone and probably so many other things.I've loved using this bag! I bought my first camera and I was so nervous about how to take care of it the right way straight off the bat. I feel confident using this camera bag both in terms of protecting the camera and my own taste. It’s beautiful. It’s slightly smaller with the insert than I anticipated. I can fit 2 d750 bodies without lenses and a lens on the side (and actually one on top) but I still love it.Its not the absolute best quality but for the price and time it got here, it’s worth it!
