This review was written by my wife:I had a small black canvas bag that I used whenever my regular purse was just too big. When the old bag started falling apart, my hunt for a replacement began. I wanted something small with lots of compartments. This Crossbody Bag for Women by Joseko has plenty of pockets, but isn’t much smaller than my regular purse. I thought it might fill my needs.When I received the purse, all four metal zippers had the large zipper tab/puller in the middle of the zipper and the zipper teeth were separated on both sides of the puller. My first thought was that the zippers were broken, but all I had to do was push the tab/puller to one end of the zipper then pull it to the other end to make the zippers open and close properly. The three nylon zippers were fully closed when I received the purse.This purse has four main sections. The front lower outside zipper pocket is easy to use, which is great for quick access to my keys.The front top pocket has a hook-and-loop fastener on an outer flap that covers a metal zipper. Inside this compartment are three different sized slots to slip things in. The middle slot is perfect for my lip balm, the thinner slot would hold a pen, but the pocket is about two inches too short. This upper pocket also has an inner pocket with a nylon zipper about half the way down the front side of the pocket. Because the outside metal zipper only unzips the top half of this upper pocket, it is very hard to get to the inner zipper. I can’t imagine what I would put in there, since I wouldn’t want to struggle to get anything out of the inner pocket. So although this top front compartment seems quite secure, the awkwardness makes it impractical. At least I know it will be very hard for someone to steal my lip balm and chewing gum.In the main pocket I have my eyeglasses, phone and a comb, as well as a large wallet. There is easily room for twice that amount of stuff. This compartment has a zipper pocket that is quite roomy and fairly easy to get into.The back pocket is quite roomy as well, and also has an inner zipper pocket.The strap is made of thin slippery webbing. It is sewn to the purse on one side and attached to a rectangular metal ring on the other side. The thin strap has folded over in the metal ring multiple times, and the ring rotated ninety degrees, which bunches up the strap and the fabric loop attached to the purse. The strap length is easy to adjust and there is a shoulder pad that has no padding and nothing to keep it in place on the strap. Since the pad is wider than the strap, it helps to spread the weight a bit, but it’s not rubberized so it constantly slips off my shoulder if the strap is on my shoulder and not across my body.I will keep this purse because it is functional, and I hate the thought of looking for another purse. However, the awkward upper pocket and slippery strap are definite drawbacks.Very pretty color. Too small for what I needed. So, essentially It was me not you. So don’t take the return too personal.Would loved a place for bottle of water. And water resistantReceived this bag in pink today and I really love all the diff compartments! I think theres gonna be a place for everything. I dont love that the strap color.. its kind of a dusty dill pink and the bag is a pretty pastel. I do like the padding on the strap. The zippers seem pretty sturdy except for the inner one on the mesh compartment. It pulled apart but after zipping it back & forth a cpl times it was in good shape. Over all Im excited to use this bag. Great color for spring & summer!After spending two weeks with this on vacation in Europe, I love it!Construction: The zippers are awesome the open fully and give great access to items. They slide easily and have a sturdy feel about them. The pull is easy to grab. The fabric is a nice heavy duty canvas. The top flap is secured with velcro. The straps are wide and secure. The different compartments open wide enough to get into and have plenty of room to store a days worth of necessities.I had my phone in the top outside pocket with plenty of room to tuck in a chapstick lipstick and small sunscreen stick. In the bottom pocket I has a big recharging battery and the necessary cords In the big main compartment I had a small water bottle, umbrella, selfie stick, first aid kit, and there was room for a lightweight down jacket packed tightly. In the back I kept a few baby diapers wipes. I was travelling with a 4 month old baby and she happily sat on my bag when I was walking around with her where strollers were not convenient. Where backpacks were not allowed, I was allowed to bring this everywhere.Three recommendations, 1. A small zippered compartment of the outside flap. It seems like there would be room for a credit card.Color just right. Zippers had a grasping ring, easy for my arthritic fingers. Just enough slots inside. Sling is a perfect length that can be adjusted to your liking . Came quickly even with our multiple snow storms here in Ohio.I bought this bag for a trip to Europe, where I'll need something secure when traveling through airports and big cities. I chose this primarily because it can hold my iPad - it's just big enough, but not TOO big. It has a cross body strap, which is critical because I'll need my hands free and want my bag to be secure when I'm in a crowd. I haven't actually used it yet, but I can already see that the pockets are perfect for all my needs, everything zips up securely (except one velcro pocket so you can grab your phone quickly when it rings) and the bag is compact yet roomy. The strap is nice and wide with a shoulder cushion, so I expect it to stay comfortable all day. It seems to be well made, as far as I can tell so far. I feel like it will serve me well on my trip from airport to trains to sightseeing with everything I need close at hand but comfortable and secure at the same time.Bought for a cruise and worked very good on the plane. Room for everything I needed, passport etc and was very lightUse it with my Blackview BV5900. Phone goes in the front pouch and all the other gubbins in the back. Useful belt clip as well as a neck strap.Great productLove the little bagI had it for about a month now and I like it. It’s pretty compact and the best part is that it has sooo many divisions. There are two main ones. Really easy access as they open all the way to about 1 inch to the side. Each of these divisions also has a pocket within in. One is fairly large. And the other one a little smaller. There are also two front pockets - these are a little smaller - iPhone XR would not fit in the front pockets. Good may be for keys. I have seen some reviews about the stitching but I didn’t have a problem with it. They had a bunch of colour options to choose from. The grey one is fairly light. I would have preferred a darker one since now this is my grab and go purse and it’s getting a little dirty.This bag has a total of 7 zips!!! The most I have seen in a bag this size. All the zips are good material and run nicely so there is low chance of zip issues.It has plenty of pockets to put in whatever you want. Phones of all sizes, ipads and other tablets can fit easily. There are small holders for lipsticks or mini perfume bottles. There is no separate credit card pockets but there is a small pocket where you can dump all the cards. 2 water bottles can easily fit in the main pocket.The material is rugged so it won't easily scratch or fade during daily use.People looking for regular women clutches/bags may not like the size of this as its a bit on larger side. Its almost like a mini backpack which is why some may think its more suitable for a vacation/road trip.Overall, we are happy with this purchase. This bag will certainly come in handy.
