The product came in good shape! it was a bit smaller than I expected but it was definitely still useful for the purpose I needed. :)Very cute. It’s good for people who need just a few things with them. I do NOT recommend for school, but it’s really cute!The backpack and pencil pouch was fine and of average size. The tote bag for a laptop is not big at all. My daughter’s small chrome book fit barely. It takes effort to get it in and out. So a regular or medium sized laptop wouldn’t fit. The “lunch bag” is maybe the size of a regular sized pencil pouch that you would put in a binder. And it’s not insulated. Wouldn’t recommend. We are keeping it because she does love the backpack and bc her laptop is small enough to fit in the tote bag.My 9 year old loves it the blue shade is pretty. The lunch kit is not insulated but still all in all she’s in love with everything else & doesn’t take a lunch anyway. We got it a couple months ago & so far so good. As long as it last through the year I’m happy. Very unique & cute!It’s very cute but the size is very smallThis is a very cute backpack combo and my daughter loved it when she first got it. However, within 2 weeks the straps broke at what should have been the strongest part of the backpack. The straps would slide down all the time so we were constantly having to adjust them. The drink holder on the sides was not big enough for a standard travel mug so she had to carry her water bottle at school all day. She was very upset that the straps broke so soon as she loved the bag when it first arrived. Strength and durability definitely need to be looked at closer for this product. Only wish I had taken pictures before having to toss it and go buy another backpack for her, and the 1st 9 weeks of school weren't even close to being over.Disappointed ? MomHalfway through the year and the backpack and lunch bag is still sturdy. Easy to clean, lightweight. Good buy.A very good price for so much! To this day I'd say it's the best backpack I've ever bought for many reasonssss~ it looks just as shown in the pictures, something even cooler + (it even comes with the teddy bear, little pictures, and pins!)
