Bag arrived as nice looking as pictured, material seems like very good quality-does not feel cheap, straps are well attached & comfortable, & zippers all work well! However I have just started carrying bag, so have not fully put its durability to the test yet. Size is perfect for a this mom on the go & is a good mix between a travel bag & purse so I can carry both my & my son’s essentials without the clumsy bulk of a full on baby bag! Love having all of the extra pockets for organization too! Only downfall I have experienced so far is bag does have an extremely odorous smell that is quite off putting & stubborn to neutralize-I tried letting it air out for 2 weeks, then stuffed it in a Febreeze scented garbage bag with dryer sheets in every pocket & neither of those tactics were successful in remedying the smell-which is quite offensive & permeates everything you put in the bag & even yourself when you carry it-which is NOT desirable!! Holding out hope that smell will eventually air out over time! If this is the case, bag is well worth the investment!
