the most important thing i was looking for in this bag was being able to fit my Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 16 inch (diagonal) laptop, and it fit!!!other than that, the bag is sturdy and durable but able to bend and is flexible, the material feels nice and won't scratch up any sensitive surfaces. in my opinion, there are just enough divided sections/pockets in this bag to separate any stuff you want to keep separate without going insanely overboard. and even tho on the outside 2 pockets there are no zippers, it still kept my wallet charger and airpods safe and secure. same with the bottle holders, although i cant speak on big thermoses because i walked around with just a water bottle.the straps are not that long, but as a 5'8 quite thick person it stayed on my shoulder securely and fine and i could wear it across my body with no problem.overall very happy with my purchase and i recommend this bag
