This is a great travel case. I was somewhat concerned about airline storage but the case is smaller than the carryon suitcase I use to travel with. I was also concerned about the wheel quality after reading some reviews. I called Amazon and explained my concern. The representative I spoke with said he would investigate and get back tome. With in five minutes of hanging up I was called back with the information. That is "Customer Service" as it should be. While the handle pole is a single post and flexible it works very well. If I can state one complaint it is that for this price I expected that a name card/Business card holder would have been included. That aside, I would buy this again.
