The product is as described and looks nice. However, the plastic strap adjuster completely busted after only three weeks of mild use. The backpack wasn't even heavy (elementary school load). I fixed it with a replacement adjuster piece I bought at the store, but I should not have had to do that. Also, this ships from China, so be prepared for a wait.UPDATE: after 5 months of use, the other strap adjuster AND the zipper hook broke on the same day. This backpack sees standard elementary school use, and it can't handle it. Very poorly made. My son used a different backpack for 4 years with no issues. This one can't last a single year.
