The product was good quality or at least it seems. The kid was happy with his "Merch" from one of his favorite YouTubers. I would say that this pack needs at least a smaller front pouch like practically all other school bookings.My son likes this backpack. However, the material is somewhat thin and cheaply made. It doesn’t have very many pockets at all and it’s not study enough to hold heavy books from school.Strap broke 2nd week of school. But he still carry’s it. Even though it’s broken.Nice durable booking my son is loving it this school yearWhile this is a nice sized backpack, there are ZERO pockets or sections (only little pouch for a water bottle on side) That was very disappointing since in today's age, a lot of kids are required to bring home a Chromebook (or computer) daily. There is only the ONE section that everything just gets tossed into making it hard for kids to stay somewhat organized.Like a cheap dollar store child's backpack.
