E-gift cards are delivered by email. All gift card orders are fulfilled within 24 hours on business days. Once fulfilled, you will receive an email including a redemption code, which can be forwarded to the gift card recipient. All e-gift cards do not expire and can only be used at us.rains.com (US webshop). E-gift cards are not redeemable at physical Rains stores.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
